We carry out investigations into allegations on behalf of our clients or, alternatively, advise clients on investigations carried out internally or by external counsel. We ensure that independent external investigations are conducted sensitively, independently, efficiently and fairly.
Our role does not end with the investigation: we provide guidance from the start to the conclusion of any internal disciplinary proceedings as well as related civil, criminal or regulatory proceedings.
