About Catherine
Catherine advises both employers and employees, assisting with everything from internal investigations and processes to litigation. She has worked with clients particularly in the education, finance and medical sectors, handling highly sensitive cases.
Catherine has experience in dealing with difficult claims such as those involving multiple parties, serious medical issues or litigants in person. She is an experienced litigator and has an excellent track record for resolving cases discreetly before trial, where that is the desired outcome.
Catherine has also dealt with complex internal investigations, including some with historic allegations, allegations of sexual misconduct or multiple complainants. She is meticulous and pragmatic in her approach, helping clients to navigate the potential pitfalls of investigations and ensure all parties are treated fairly.
Catherine is currently co-chair of the firm’s Enable network.
Catherine studied English & Italian Literature at the University of Warwick, before completing the GDL and LPC. Prior to becoming a solicitor, she was an experienced Company Secretarial Assistant. She qualified as a solicitor in December 2018 and joined Kingsley Napley LLP in September 2019.
