About Liam
Liam is an associate in the Family and Divorce team, and advises on all aspects of family law including divorce and separation, financial settlements, arrangements for children, and nuptial agreements.
Liam regularly advises on cases involving complex financial arrangements, often with international and/or business assets, as well as assisting clients to protect their financial position with pre- or post-nuptial agreements. Liam also acts in high-conflict private children proceedings, and in cases where more urgent protective measures are required with non-molestation and occupation orders.
Having gained experience in the firm’s Reputation Management team, Liam has a particular interest in privacy and reputation. Liam has previously worked on cases involving breaches of a client’s privacy during divorce and where steps have been taken by a former partner to damage a client’s reputation.
Liam’s experience in Dispute Resolution, Criminal Litigation and Private Client during his training has allowed him to assist clients with a range of issues to structure and safeguard their private lives, gaining an appreciation of how such issues can be addressed holistically.
Liam helps clients resolve their issues in an amicable and cost effective way, but will also take a firm and robust approach if litigation becomes necessary.
