AI Advisory

As well as her internal facing role, Sarah also advises the firm’s clients on the compliant and impactful application of AI to their own businesses, particularly in the regulated sectors.

She helps clients to consider and understand the impact of AI in their sector and assists them in formulating a strategic response to any challenges, as well as grasping potential opportunities.

Sarah jointly heads up the firm’s AI Advisory Services.

Regulatory Process Design

Sarah joined Kingsley Napley in 2010 from the Criminal Bar, having had a broad and varied criminal practise. After gaining a further 10 years’ experience investigating and presenting high profile and complex fitness to practise cases before a wealth of regulatory bodies, Sarah’s attentions then began to focus on harnessing her legal expertise to assist regulators in a more holistic review of their legal processes, policies, and systems.

Sarah works closely with regulators in a number of sectors to design and implement regulatory frameworks that meet their needs. Her work involves helping established regulators to identify where things are being done well, and where improvements can be made as well as guiding start-up regulators to implement best practice from the outset of operations
