About Nevin

Nevin is a Senior Associate in the Family Team. She joined Kingsley Napley in 2022 after training and qualifying into the Family Team at Withers.
Nevin advises on all aspects of family law and relationship breakdown including divorce, financial settlement, non-molestation and occupation orders and pre and post nuptial agreements.
She also works with clients to resolve practical and financial arrangements for children, whether in court proceedings or otherwise, and has experience of international relocation cases.
As a dual UK/US citizen and fluent French speaker, Nevin has a particular interest in cases with a cross-border element and frequently advises on high value prenuptial agreements involving multiple jurisdictions. Having spent extended periods of time in Paris and in Nice, she enjoys working with Francophone clients and their advisors on both sides of the Channel on family law issues.
As a member of Resolution, Nevin is committed to resolving matters efficiently and amicably where possible. However, her years of experience working in litigation means that she is able to provide robust advice to clients in the course of court proceedings. Nevin is listed in the Pro Bono Recognition List 2025.
