About Mark
Mark is a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution team.
Mark has a broad range of commercial litigation experience acting for a variety of clients including individuals, corporates, and trustees. He regularly acts on complex and high value disputes, including those with a cross-jurisdictional element. He has particular expertise in international arbitration, civil fraud and shareholder/director disputes.
Mark is experienced in advising on asset tracing investigations, obtaining and opposing freezing injunctions, Norwich Pharmacal orders and other types of interim relief.
