About Marisa
Marisa joined the Real Estate team as a Legal Director (Property Litigation) in 2024 from a large national firm.
She acts for both landlords and tenants in commercial and residential disputes. Marisa is experienced in acting for a wide range of clients including large institutional developers, leisure and retail landlords and numerous private and public companies.
Areas of Expertise
- Lease exits (including break notices), tenant insolvency, dilapidations claims, arrears recovery, and all general asset management advisory work.
- Right to Light claims, service of LONs, liaising with specialist RTL surveyors and drafting deeds of release.
- All aspects of property management including trespass issues, possession orders and boundary queries.
