Our People

Leyla is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution team at Kingsley Napley.

Leyla has experience acting on a broad range of disputes, including complex cross-border litigation, civil fraud matters, contract disputes, contentious trust and probate claims and arbitration proceedings.

Leyla’s commercial litigation experience includes asset tracing investigations, freezing injunctions, shareholder disputes, and internal investigations.

Recent experience

Acting for a wealth management company in respect of a fraud investigation;
Representing a HNW individual in a high value Consumer Credit Act dispute regarding unpaid loans;
Acting in a variety of debt recovery matters, including taking enforcement action;
Acting for an overseas commercial bank in defending a claim brought by a consortium of construction companies;
Representing a surviving spouse in an Inheritance Act claim against her husband’s estate in which a significant settlement was achieved; and
Acting in a variety of insolvency matters.
