Krystina is an Associate in the Corporate, Commercial & Finance team, having joined the firm in October 2023.
Prior to joining Kingsley Napley, Krystina trained and worked at a boutique City firm, qualifying into their Corporate team in February 2023.
Krystina’s experience includes private mergers and acquisitions, IPOs and corporate restructuring. She has advised a range of clients, from start-ups to large international companies.
Krystina studied at the University of Exeter where she obtained a first-class Law degree, and subsequently completed the LPC with a Masters in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Law, obtaining a distinction.
