• Acting for an African oil and gas company in respect of a suite of separate but related ad hoc arbitrations, commenced by a trading subsidiary of a global fuel company, arising out of the sale and purchase of various crude oil cargoes.
• Acting for an African oil company in an LCIA arbitration, commenced against a Hong Kong incorporated fuel supply trader, arising out of a series of contracts for the sale and purchase of fuel products.
• Acting for a global commodity trading company in respect of a dispute arising out of the purchase and sale of coal.
• Successfully represented the Defendant in a multi-million pound High Court claim brought by multiple Claimants, comprising claims of undue influence, personal injury, and harassment,  and featuring allegations of fundamental dishonesty and conspiracy.
• Lead junior in an LCIA arbitration arising out of litigation funding agreements, with quantum in excess of US$200m.
• Acted for the Defendants in a multi-million pound claim, brought by a German bank, for unfair prejudice and breach of warranty.
• Advised an individual in respect of an equine dispute involving allegations of wrongful interference with goods, conversion and trespass, and fraud.
• Acted for an individual in a long-running dispute involving an Emirates sovereign wealth fund, featuring allegations of fraud, conspiracy, and unlawful hacking.
