Roundtable | Corporate Criminal Liability: Options for reform

Kingsley Napley and 33 Chancery Lane hosted the final session in a series of workshops to discuss the Law Commission’s project on the Reform of Corporate Criminal Liability.  This session offered some thoughts and conclusions based on the discussions to date and touched on additional options for reform of corporate criminal liability – such as the annual slavery and human trafficking statements required under the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
