Adrian Crawford, partner in Kingsley Napley's employment law team, was quoted by Citywire on 27 February 2020 in a feature on employment litigation at the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

Adrian commented  that a four year bill of £1m for an organisation with 4,000 staff "sounds like quite a lot" but that the total will vary widely according to circumstances.
