Kingsley Napley announces three new partners

Kingsley Napley LLP announces three new partners:

  • Simon Hardy – Private Client. Simon specialises in Court of Protection work and acts for individuals who lack the capacity to manage their property and affairs as a result of mental impairment, medical negligence or injury.   He is responsible for Kingsley Napley’s professional Deputyship service and advises on the creation and administration of Personal Injury trusts to ensure compensation awards are properly protected and administered.
  • Anthony Macpherson – Corporate & Commercial. Anthony’s expertise spans a whole range of corporate transactions including M&A, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, corporate finance and private equity transactions. He also has a particular focus on real estate finance. He has experience in acting for financial institutions, investors, borrowers and entrepreneurs on both a bilateral and syndicated basis in relation to investment and development facilities.
  • Claire Wood – Family. Claire advises on the legal issues arising from divorce or separation, including arrangements for children and family disputes involving cross-border jurisdictional considerations (with particular expertise in cases involving France). She has significant experience in drafting pre and post-nuptial agreements and she is also increasingly recognised for her international surrogacy practice and her expertise in finance cases.

They join recent newcomers William Christopher and Charlotte Harris as new partners at the firm this year.
