Jim Sawer, partner in our private client team, chatted to Eddie Nestor on BBC Radio London Drivetime about being a step-parent and the importance of having a will.

Jim chatted about his own experience of being a step-parent and more generally about blended families and the benefits of having a will.

He emphasised how this is particularly important for people in second marriages and with children and step-children, to preserve assets for their children while also looking out for the interests of their new wife or husband.
