Immigration update: Brexit – EU Settlement Scheme toolkit for employers

On 25 July the Home Office published a toolkit for employers on the EU Settlement Scheme.

This consists of a number of useful documents  which provides details about the proposed roll out of the new digital EU settlement scheme application process, the timing of the roll out and how employees and their family members may qualify under the Scheme. The documents are designed to be shared by employers with all appropriate stakeholders including HR, line managers of EU citizen employees and EU citizen employees.

The Scheme will be phased in later this year and will gradually open more widely until it is fully open by the end of March 2019.
