Government promises NDA legislation – but is light on details – Iain Miller quoted in The Law Society Gazette

Iain Miller, Partner in our Regulatory team was quoted in The Law Society Gazette following an article posted on 22 July 2019.

In regards to the government's planned announcement to introduce legislation to crack down on the misuse of non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) in the workplace, Ian stated:

We do not know the detail of what is proposed. What is important for solicitors is that there is clarity on where the boundaries lie between protecting their clients interests and acting in the wider public interest as the current position is unclear.
