Sexual harassment is defined in the Equality Act as unwanted conduct of a sexual nature that has the purpose or effect of violating a person’s dignity or creating an intimidating, hostile, degrading, humiliating or offensive environment for them. Certainly Sky would have a case to answer based on press reports of his behaviour while Gray was their employee…
