“Contesting a will” vlog series features in Today’s Wills & Probate

Today's Wills and Probate have featured the "Contesting a will" vlog series by Laura Phillips, available on our  Twitter page.

The series is comprised of six short videos, released weekly from the 17 February 2020, which cover the most common types of enquiries received by our Dispute Resolution department. In this series, Laura explains the five ways in which the validity of a Will can be challenged.
