Budget cuts and loss of staff weaken fraud watchdog

Stephen Parkinson gave an interview to the FT in relation to how the recently imposed budget cuts and staff losses could affect the SFO's future. 

Stephen Parkinson, partner at Kingsley Napley, said: "There is no credible argument for saying that this represents an improvement on the current arrangements for prosecuting serious fraud. It is high time that this government learnt that 'no change' is always an option, and often it is the best option."
