As Brexit negotiations this week enter a critical phase and all options remain on the table, it can be very difficult to cut though all the news and decipher how this will affect your workforce.  Not only do you need to consider whether the UK leaving with or without a deal will affect EU citizens living and working in the UK, but also UK nationals in the EU.
