An inspirational evening with the London Centre for Children with Cerebral Palsy (LCCCP)

Kingsley Napley is very proud to be associated with London Centre for Children Cerebral Palsy.  We were pleased to sponsor an art exhibition that the staff and friends had organised and curated at Lauderdale House.  On sale were a mixture of pictures, some kindly offered by local artists and others by children from the Centre.  We acquired some lovely artwork for our office walls.

As always the LCCCP events leave you awed by the determined focus on ability rather than disability and the dedication and commitment of the staff to the maximisation of every pupil's potential.

The invited speaker of the evening was actor, writer and director Athena Stevens.  Her witty and personal account of the likely challenges that the pupils of the LCCCP will face, highlighted the need for schools such as these.  If you are interested to learn about not being limited by cerebral palsy, you could start by watching Athena's TED talk on achievement.
