We offer number of work experience placements in July and September every year, giving attendees an insight into life at a busy London law firm.
Our programme is designed to give attendees the opportunity to make the most out of their time at KN. During the programme you will sit in 5 of our practice areas, meeting people from across the firm and gaining real hands-on experience by sampling lots of different aspects of the role of a lawyer, including;
- Attending court and meetings with clients and counsel
- Legal research tasks
- Drafting documents
- Shadowing qualified lawyers
- General administration such as bundling

Applications for our work experience programme in 2026 are now closed. The Work Experience programme applications will reopen for Summer 2027 in the New Year.

Candidates must be at least 18 years of age, and entitled to work in the UK in order to apply, due to the sensitive nature of the work we undertake.
To ensure we have a comprehensive understanding of each applicant, we ask that you complete every section of the application form to the best of your ability. Please note that the “Additional Questions” section is particularly important, as your responses will play a significant role in our decision-making process for selecting successful candidates. The information you provide in other sections, such as work experience and education, will be used primarily for reporting purposes.
Due to the large volume of applications that we receive, we will only be able to contact and provide feedback to successful candidates.
