He has particular experience in advising on healthcare data M&A transactions, having led many deals in this sector, while he also acts for corporates and business owners operating in the cybersecurity, enterprise software, retail and digital marketing sectors.
He has particular expertise in corporate compliance and regularly advises on, amongst other matters, Bribery Act and Criminal Finances Act compliance and assisting clients with the creation of business risk assessments.
Glafkos also advises clients on national security/foreign direct investment matters in the context of corporate transactions.
