Kathaleen is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution team at Kingsley Napley.

She advises on a broad range of matters, including commercial and contract disputes, contentious trust and probate, Court of Protection, and tax disputes and investigations. She acts for claimants and defendants, including corporate entities and individuals, through all stages of litigation.
