Our People

Vandana joined the Immigration team as an Associate in September 2022 and is a member of the department’s corporate client team.

Vandana has experience advising both corporate and private clients on all stages of the immigration process across a wide range of business and personal immigration matters.

Prior to joining Kingsley Napley, Vandana worked at several central London law firms, specialising in UK immigration and nationality for over 5 years.

Vandana completed her undergraduate degree in Law before graduating with a distinction in her Legal Practice Course and Master’s Degree in Law Business and Management. She later went on to complete her Training contract at city law firm, Charles Russell Speechlys LLP.

Vandana also has experience in private immigration matters such as:

Assisting high-net worth individuals with applications under the Tier 1 (Investor) and Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) categories;
Applications for settlement and British citizenship;
Human rights applications;
Unmarried partner and spouse visas; and
Applications under the EU Settlement Scheme
