About Peter
Peter has extensive experience acting for clients on all aspects of construction and engineering projects, from procurement and the drafting and negotiation of contracts to contract administration and the avoidance and resolution of disputes.
Peter’s practice spans the commercial, residential, regeneration, life sciences and technology sectors and he has considerable expertise in advising on complex, large-scale mixed use and high-end residential projects both in London and more widely across the UK. Peter regularly acts for a wide range of clients in the real estate and construction industries including developers, contractors, professional consultants, occupiers and funders.
Peter is also ranked in Chambers and Partners for Construction: Non-contentious.
Prior to joining Kingsley Napley, Peter spent over six years in senior in-house construction legal roles at a major European commercial real estate developer and a publicly listed construction and infrastructure services contractor.
