About Rachel
Rachel is a Senior Associate in the Family Team. She is qualified to practise law in England and Wales and in Scotland and has experience in dealing with all aspects of private family law work in these jurisdictions.
Rachel studied Law at the University of Aberdeen, graduating in 2013. She then went on to complete the Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Edinburgh. She qualified as a solicitor in Scotland in 2017 and in England and Wales in 2019.
Before joining Kingsley Napley, Rachel worked at a niche family law firm in the City which specialised in representing high net worth individuals. Prior to this, she worked at a full-service law firm in Edinburgh.
Rachel’s dual qualification in both England and Scotland and her network of contacts north of the border make her a go-to lawyer for complex cases involving both jurisdictions.
