
About Stephanie
Stephanie Mooney is a Partner in the Private Client team. She joined Kingsley Napley in 2016 and advises on a broad range of private client matters, with particular expertise in succession planning with a cross-border element.
Stephanie’s clients are varied and include high net worth individuals, multi-generational families, entrepreneurs and trustees. Her practice includes advising on the following areas:
- Lifetime succession and estate planning;
- Wills;
- The administration of estates (probate);
- The creation of and administration of trusts;
- Powers of attorney; and
- Personal tax advice for those moving to or from the UK.
Stephanie has particular expertise in matters with an international element. She has obtained the STEP Advanced Certificate in Cross Border Estates and she is an active member of AIJA (International Association of Young Lawyers), regularly attending and speaking at their conferences around the world. Stephanie is also uniquely placed at the firm by being registered with the Dubai International Financial Centre as a Will draftsperson.
At Kingsley Napley, Stephanie is part of the Anglo-French service group and she is also part of the firm’s Surrogacy Team, who advise on all aspects of international and domestic surrogacy arrangements.
Stephanie was recognised in 2022 as one of eprivateclient’s Top 35 Under 35. She is also recognised as ‘Recommended’ in Spear’s 2025 Tax & Trusts Indices 2025.
