Our People

Tom joined Kingsley Napley in 2015 and qualified in 2017.

Tom is a Senior Associate in our Real Estate team and is experienced in a range of commercial and residential property matters. Tom acts for property investors, developers, lenders, landlords and tenants and has particular expertise in the following areas:

Acquisition and disposal of investment property including portfolios
Site acquisitions and disposals for commercial, residential and mixed use development
Lease negotiations on behalf of landlords and tenants
Secured lending, acting for lenders and borrowers
Asset management for landlords
Residential sales and purchases for high net worth individuals

In his spare time Tom enjoys a number of sports and currently represents his local Rugby club. He has also spent time teaching in Kenya and travelling across South America and East Africa by motorbike.

Acting for a developer on the purchase of a development site and subsequent sale of 20 new build houses
