
About Tom
Tom joined Kingsley Napley in 2015 and qualified in 2017.
Tom is a Senior Associate in our Real Estate team and is experienced in a range of commercial and residential property matters. Tom acts for property investors, developers, lenders, landlords and tenants and has particular expertise in the following areas:
- Acquisition and disposal of investment property including portfolios
- Site acquisitions and disposals for commercial, residential and mixed use development
- Lease negotiations on behalf of landlords and tenants
- Secured lending, acting for lenders and borrowers
- Asset management for landlords
- Residential sales and purchases for high net worth individuals
In his spare time Tom enjoys a number of sports and currently represents his local Rugby club. He has also spent time teaching in Kenya and travelling across South America and East Africa by motorbike.
