In this podcast Marcia Longdon, Partner, and Royce Clemente, Global Immigration Coordinator from our Immigration team, discuss the different visas suitable for individuals looking to work in the UK from various creative industries, including actors and musicians.

During the podcast Marcia and Royce discuss the Tier 1 (Exceptional Talent) visa, Tier 5 (Creative and Sporting) visa and the Permitted Paid Engagement visa. They will discuss how the process works, the documents required, and the eligibility criteria for obtaining these visas. Furthermore they will differentiate which visa type is suitable for various circumstances, whilst also exploring their pros and cons.
