In this video, Jane Keir explains the advantages of a reconciliation contract (a form of post-nuptial agreement), which can help couples to put their marriage back on track after a period of separation or relationship turbulence whilst at the same time prescribing in advance the financial terms of a split if the reconciliation fails.
