JPMorgan struggles to close its gender pay gap in the UK – Corinne Aldridge quoted in Financial News

Corinne Aldridge,  partner and head of our employment law team was recently quoted in Financial News regarding the UK's Gender Pay Gap. 
 

In the article, she says:

The importance of tackling the gender pay gap must not be forgotten while the Coronavirus pandemic rules the headlines.

It is difficult to see in light of the present pandemic that inequality of pay will be a priority for any bank in the immediate future. However we mustn’t lose sight of the importance of this issue for the longer term.”
