Adrian Crawford, partner in Kingsley Napley's employment law team, was quoted by Citywire on 27 February 2020 in a feature on employment litigation at the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
Adrian commented that a four year bill of £1m for an organisation with 4,000 staff "sounds like quite a lot" but that the total will vary widely according to circumstances.
These include the number of its employees, what kind of roles they have and "whether there’s been restructuring, redundancies, those kinds of things, a lot of cases come down to poor management style, or just bad behaviour in the workplace", he added.
