Lloyd’s of London probe reveals toxic work culture – Corinne Aldridge quoted in CityAM

Corinne Aldridge, head of our Employment team, was quoted in CityAM on 25 September 2019. She shares her scepticism regarding the progression of a much needed culture change, yet to happen within insurance firms and brokerages.

It's all very well for the chief of Lloyd's to call for change and his five point plan is very laudable, however there needs to be more training and understanding on the ground within insurance firms and brokerages for this to be achieved – drinking at lunchtime is a small step but it won't change the culture overnight," said Corinne Aldridge, head of employment at law firm Kingsley Napley. "I am sceptical that culture change can be achieved in three to five years."
