GDPR Fines Uncertain After British Airways’ Data Breach – Emily Carter quoted in Law.com

Emily Carter, Partner in our Public Law and Data Protection team was quoted in an article from Law.com on 8 November 2018 regarding the British Airways' data breach. 

Emily commented:

The information commissioner would no doubt look into if other provisions of the GDPR were not complied with, such as maintaining proper records and ensuring appropriate contracts were in place with third-party processors."
