Law firms investigated for gagging alleged victims of sexual abuse – Iain Miller quoted in The Times

Iain Miller, a partner in Kingsley Napley's regulatory team, was quoted in The Times in relation to law firms reportedly being investigated over the use of gagging orders to silence alleged victims of sexual abuse.

Iain Miller said:

“NDAs in the employment context can be used to cover up sexual misconduct and discrimination. It is important that both solicitors and barristers working in this area understand the wider ethical issues when advising their clients.”
