The Sunday Times Best Places to Work
Kingsley Napley is incredibly proud to have been named as one of the Best Places to Work in the UK for 2026 by The Sunday Times.
This nationwide workplace survey celebrates Britain’s top employers and is widely seen as the most comprehensive analysis of workplace engagement, culture, and satisfaction in the UK.
To be recognised, an organisation must excel across six pillars of workplace happiness: Reward and Recognition, Instilling Pride, Information Sharing, Empowerment, Wellbeing and Job Satisfaction, and we have ranked very strongly in all of them.
